Predicting colors and patterns in a breeding

I have a litter from my Tricolour Gussie covered by my Gold sable that has flummoxed me! Two solid white girls, one developing black nose the other pink. One solid Fawn Lilac girl and one chocolate and gold boy .
Should I keep a White girl to breed? My Tricolour Gussie has been a wonderful mother of so many various colours. I would like to retire her.
Can I get some thoughts on this please? Sara
