How to naturally deworm my puppy?

Are there any other ways to deworm your puppy naturally? I know of garlic, but what else?

I'm really nervous, now, about using natural treatments, especially since I tried Apple Cider Vinegar for my girl to *prevent* fleas, and it did nothing but helped some fleas live off of her for a couple days till I killed them off. I read one place to use a 50/50 water/ACV spray, in which the person who wrote it seemed very convinced it'd work.
I really want to try something else, though, eventually.
