Yeah the bows come off,  I love their collars and they are really well made or I would not recommend them. |

Ooh sorry to hear you're having problems, maybe edit the first post and say that?
Hopefully you can cancel and then get the ones that Kristi suggested? Maybe its worth paying a bit extra and knowing you'll get a quality product AND the better customer service.
Some people do make me wonder if they even want to make money lol
