I had probs with bella eating all the time she is fussy she is a food snob or just goes anorexic for a for days lol ... best let the meat warm up a little , it may help ... also rib bones are quite handy as they kinda carry them off and eat them in there own time, they like taring the meat of the bone and noring on it ;-)

I agree with Sarah, dont worry about letting her "starve". Kiki is usually funny with liver, picky madam, so i just leave it and try again the next meal. She will eventually eat it.
Did you buy beef or lamb or anything else?? Have you tried her with the meaty mix?
Kibble will smell a lot more appetising as raw doesnt have much of a smell, but if you give in now, you'll only make a rod for your own back and she'll just keep holding out because she'll know you'll cave and give her what she wants!

If you add small parts like lamb or chicken mince into kibble it should be fine ive done it before
