Even better news today... ;D
He went back to see the vet for his checkup yesterday (not on his own, of course... with me in tow ) and he's off most of his meds, bar one. The vet has given me strict instructions not to feed Harry his favourite raw prawns at the moment, or anything else other than his basic food either, so Harry's on a very UNvaried diet for now (ZP).
The best bit... he's now totally back to his old self, personality-wise ;D
There's plenty of tail-wagging, licking, woofing, being disobedient (!) etc. He's just still a bit fragile and he can't jump up on the furniture like he normally does (bet that doesn't last long!).
