Did you think all my stories about my (neutered) boys tying with in season girls was rubbish? LOL I wish it wiped away any sort of testosterone that would eliminate any scent marking (Maxie & Marley will BOTH mark if it rains & Maya doesn't want to get her toes wet so pees by the doggy door). LOL...Bryco is like "ooo dis is what it is all about....".

Tracy i got a visual of that...hahahahah!!! Boys are so goofy :-p Finn still raises his leg to pee and always pees over leilas pee first then on to other things. haha But at least now he's not trying to put it to the hedgehog toy anymore. LOL He did that twice right before his neuter and got a scolding. haha

All my dogs are fixed....but the two boys, & my Collie girl all are in some sort of marking contest.....Roddy will stand there & wait for someone to get done, so he can mark it...& it really annoys me when he gets impatient & pees on the other dog before they can get finish with their business. I remember when I was younger my stepdad’s chow went into heat…(he fixed her soon after), anyways…a neighbors fix boy dog somehow got inside the fence with her…..we still never figured out how it even got into the fix…

Oh brother!! My poor innocent boy! We were out walking and some ding-dong had just pottied their in-season girl. Brody made a beeline for the spot and spent a long time with his nose in the grass inhaling over and over. Then he peed over it. Then he went back and smelled it again. I couldn't drag him away. Then he got a dazed look on his face and his chin started quivering and his teeth were chattering together. So bizarre!! I can just assume that this was a response to the in-season urine?! I've never had a boy so haven't seen this. Those with boys - is that teeth chattering thing normal??? I did eventually drag him away. awww, poor Brody! your momma is telling everybody your secrets

Hahaha! So funny, I thought Dexter was the only naughty boy who did the "teeth chatter"! EEEEWWW!!
And no, I do not think it's just in-season girls' urine either. Dexter even likes Finn's pee. (again, eeewww! lol)
He doesn't try to get to it while they are still going anymore, thank goodness. But the minute they walk away and he starts heading over for a lookey-loo, I say "Just leave it..." And he usually will.
Silly boys!!
