Lily has a small amount of yorkie in her and has a prey drives that matches my italians and whippets. I even had to remove her from the middle of a bush one day when she went after a squirrel.
We didn't get her until she was 5 months and she loved at a bungalow with stables and kennels and a scrap yard behind it. They often had rats around and I would imagine Lily learnt from her mother about catching rats. Her mother was a brilliant ratter.

Lula tries to chase birds and squirrels in the park. However, she once caught up with a pigeon thats was injured in our garden and as soon as she saw it didn't move....she ran back to mummy!! so all in all, i don't know that her prey drive is all that 'brave!' lol She does also like to kill her squeeky toys and shake them so i guess she's braver with the more harmless 'prey'

Brody HATES crows. He will take off like a shot if he sees one, so I have to be really watchful when we are on walks because he will just take off and would run in the street without a second thought. He's on a flexi, but I keep my thumb on the stop button at all times.
He also will chase squirrels. Really anything that tries to get away, he will chase. Including cats, etc.
One evening I let him out in our fenced yard at home and heard this hysterical barking. Went out and he had cornered a HUGE opposum under our deck! It was hissing. Terrible. I'm sure glad he didn't try to bite it because I have no doubt it would bite back. When I grabbed him and brought him inside his heart was beating so fast! He was so wired!

It's fairly high in both of mine. I think it's a little higher in Roo, but both of them will chase anything in the backyard - birds, squirrels, etc. Roo will chase bugs in the yard too, flying or otherwise. lol. If a bug gets in the house they are, of course, always the first to notice too. One time a millipede got in and was crawling across the floor, eww. I didn't notice it at first, but you have never seen two dogs fly out of their bed so fast. ;D

Louie will chase birds/cats from the garden but isn't a big chaser. If I tell him to leave it then he will. He doesn't bother with the rabbits, just follows them and gobbles up their poo its so gross!

Harry chases anything that moves! I think he's watched the cats hunting and learnt some tricks off them, 'cos he's soooo fast and he pounces like a cat! Just have to watch my toes sometimes, lol!
