little Gemma went to the vet today , she was constipated and a little weak but that was the only health issue with her that they could find , the vet was disgusted in her passed owners . It is still very touch and go with her though and everyone in her home has had a good cry but fingers crossed for this little girl , her breeder is being reported and does have more puppies on the way

That is so sad, I really hate people sometimes How selfish are they! Lets hope the authorities do something about them and take away the dogs!

sadly i dont think much will be done but at the least they can try to stir things up and maybe these people might think twice about breeding .

Its the same story here People get reported and nothing gets done unless the media shine a spotlight on it and even then, the offender will usually have another dog a few months later

Hmmm, if she is licking they could probably try some Honest Kitchen Embark or Thrive (we used the Embark with Mari's pups--they took to it wonderfully!) & mix it with puppy replacer. Just have her make it really runny at first so they can get it up. We did one Embark meal at 4 weeks exactly, two meals at 4 weeks 1 day & three meals on 4 weeks 2 days on. In between meals she should definitely supplement with puppy replacer until the baby got bigger. But I agree...just make sure to do it around the clock. Pups this young could definitely get hypoglycemic really quickly.
Poor thing though...what a tiny tiny little girl! She doesn't look skinny though so I guess that's a good thing.
