Terrible Teens

So lotus is in full blown teenage mode!! She is so naughty and I'm sure she is worse than Daisy ever was but I blame that on hormones!! But OMAG she is such a little madam!!

If I correct me she looks at me like whatever!!! I thought we'd got over the jumping and barking nastily at people obv not she did it to a lady at Ringcraft and the hall went silent (ooops tbf she didn't like the ladies dog)!! She barks her head off at dogs unless she has time to get to know them but favours little dogs!!! Chis she is fine with (breedist!!) shell have a growl put them in their place and want to play!!

People she barks at until she gets to knowthem and sees them regularly.. Take Lucy for example she likes her now haha but she doesn't see my friends or extended family that often so has a little bark!!

Most the barking is wanting to play as she's in a play bow and the tail is going like the clappers and you can see she desperately wants to be friends but is unsure!!

Can't wait for her to grow out of this it's tiring!!!!

OMg she sounds soo much like Penny :s
Penny will bark at every dog she see`s unless its a chi!! and if its anything smaller than her! (met a yorkie last week smaller than her and she didnt bark once!)
Its really embarrassing!
Penny doesnt bark at ppl, just dogs!
Shes overly friendly when she sees ppl, Lola is the shy one, but she doesnt bark or get worked up at other dogs.. such funny things!
Im hoping Penny will grow out of it too but i cant see any light at the end of the tunnel!!

Penny is quite. Bit older than lotus isn't she?? I am sure it's her age because she was improving I'm so strict with her too arrgh bloody teens

Yes Penny is 1year and 4 months!! so hers isnt teens, shes just naughty!!! i still keep telling myself tho.. ohh she`ll grow out of it! haha yea right she just wants to kill every dog she see`s lol

Some are just funny I think I'm taking her training and she is better there but I supposed it's because it's a controlled envrionment

Not much I can say, I have a VERY vocal bunch myself lol. Its doing my head in. Gambit and Kiki are CONSTANTLY barking when people walk past the window arghhh.

Gambit doesn't even like his own shadow, let alone another dog. Just remember to tell yourself its not just you who is going through this!

I think what makes it worse is daisy is pretty much perfect so I compare!!

I know but all dogs are different. Daisy is amazing lol I must admit but I mean, look I have Gambit who will not really mix with other dogs (he had no choice at yours lol). He will bark an go nuts etc. but he will pretty much let me do anything to him, check his teeth, cut his nails and just be patient. Kiki is friendly with out dogs but hates having her nails done. Chaos is just in a world of his own LMAO
