Humping is a sign of dominance... You can try taking whatever she is humping away and telling her no.
Does she actually have fleas??? I wouldn't use a dose for a medium dog on a small dog I'd take it back an get the small dog size

I wouldn't flea unless they actually have them. It's rare for fleas to be about in this climate. Um I personally wouldn't but then mine aren't flead

I agree with the others. I would NOT put a potent neuro toxin (flea medication) in her system without a very good reason!!! The pharmaceutical companies and ads would make you think there are so very safe, but there have been countless numbers of problems with them. I certainly woudlnt' give a larger dose than possible. I wouldn't break the tablet in half either as you dont' know if the medication is disbursed throughout it equally.
If you see a flea, that's different. but just because she "might" pick one up? Nope. Keep her immune system at full speed (best food you can afford to feed, limited vaccinations, limit exposures to pesticides, etc.)

Hey thank you Brodys mom.. but its actually the liquid flea dose that goes on the back of her neck. that's why i think it mite be safe to give her half?? she is very clean and never seen a flea on her. but since she's got to her full size we leave her out the back a lot longer with door open so she can play but we have her 2nd set of injections Friday week. so not to bad. we got a run down on to look after as we had a scare with her when she first got her. we had to rush her to the vets, we rang vet told him her symptoms and he taught she had paro!!!! we were so scared but we got great information from him and she's been great since. and she only had really REALLY bad worms took 2-3 weeks to actually get rid of them. poor little mite was very sick. so we are v careful with what we give hr now.. thank you again for the advice
