This cold winter weather seems to make them do it more.. If you find little Paco is doing it more and more, try a litle drop of 'Manuka honey' in warm water.. The honey acts like a lubricant and soothes the throat. It also apparently has antiseptic properties so is good...
I find it works well for Lula when she does this. xxx
