I think he looks great Louise--but for show..yeah I'd chunk him up a hair. I'd give the satin balls a go myself. Good for you in getting weight off of him btw! Raw seems to do it. I swear kibble fed dogs hold onto 1lb of extra weight anyway w/o even being able to tell!

It's 3 week til crufts so I think there's enough time to do it slowly!
Good news is and Louise hasn't said but his skin has cleared up!!

I think it looks really good. You want him to have a waist! When I wanted to put weight on Kiki, I just bought the frozen tripe mince from Pets at Home. Weight went on fairly quickly but I'd feed with extra bone because it does go RIGHT through them. I've noticed that Kiki is looking a bit skinnier lately I will up her food portions a smidge but I think I might just include some tripe in to her diet a few days a week too.

thanks guys, i think i notice it more because he is covered in coconut oil and its holding his coat down. im going to google the satin balls recipe and go to pets at home this afternoon and get some tripe

Hi louise, give him a wormer too just a thought ... also perhaps feed twice a day in equal portions to keep his metabolism up ... im guessing he has stopped scratching now ?
