I understand your frustration w Daisy, it's the same w/ Bryco. Just awful. A big part of the reason I would never breed from him, even if he had great knees--what if he passed that on? He just cannot handle any kind of processed kibble, grain, etc. And we get bloody rocket butt if he gets any. Raw has been the answer for him and he does 100% spectacular on that. He can handle Ziwi too but it isn't as good as raw.
You're doing exactly for Daisy what I would do - tiny bits of chicken and some pepto. For some reason it does seem like if mine have an upset tummy, raw does make it take longer to get better. The boiled chicken seems much easier on them.

If it goes on too long your vet can give a steroid shot to calm down her insides - we had to do quite a few of those for B when he was a puppy before we discovered raw. If he ever had a flare up now we'd be on their doorstep for one, they really help.

Yeah she use to have those and antibiotics too. I checked her temp obviously and it was fine but she was clearly uncomfortable honestly she isn't well bred I don't even know who her dad is so his knows what else is wrong but it breaks my heart seeing her refuse her food she is so enthusiastic about food. Raw was the answer for us like B she is ok with ziwi but I don't give it often I wouldn't want to risk an upset.

Oakley ate some of my chocolate cupcake (BAD GIRL!) and was pooping blood all day yesterday. It always throws me into a panic when they do that. Today she seems way better tho. Have just been giving boiled chicken and a touch of metamucil and probiotics. She hasn't pooped today but at least she isn't periodically stopping to squat and drip blood on my floor. Most of my dogs arent phased by a crumb of chocolate but Oakley can't handle it. So maybe Daisy just got something like that? Maybe Abi dropped something?

We had fish for dinner the night before so wouldn't have bothered her if she did. It's so worrying and altho she's 6lb I still panics about hypos coz being sick, pooing like mad and no food intake for 36 hours is bad!!!!!
