Welcome! Im a dachshund lover as well, theyre one of my moms favorite breeds that she had growing up so we had them while I was growing up too, theyre wonderful dogs, such characters! Congrats on your chi, would love to see some pics of all three pups  |

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I'm learning so much about
this special breed each day.
I signed up with photobucket in order to post some pics, but still
can't seem to figure it out. Any tips?
Meanwhile, there are some great tips on this site.
After reading about the dog foods (and my pups would be horrified if I called them dogs!) I see I have some options.
A friend suggested Royal Canine, which is what I'm feeding now.
But, I'm open to something new. I fed my doxies Flint River Ranch
for many years, but for some reason my elder girl just stopped liking it. So, I'm starting all over.
