The girls have been only eating raw chicken & bones (maybe like twice a week) and THK with ground raw mixed in 2x a day. They hate THK, Izzie's not a huge fan of Ziwi, so I bought some kibble. Fromm's Four Star Nutritional's Duck and Sweet Potato, a 5 star kibble. They had it last night for dinner for the first time, and this morning for breakfast. They're crap was HUGE! Omgosh! I haven't ever seen it that big! And they don't often poop on pads, so this should be fun...   I will definitely be trying to incorporate more raw in, since they both love it and it will help with the poop issue. Goodness, I have heard about the kibble poops, but they used to be on kibble and it wasn't ever this bad... |

Hahahaha make sure everything is balanced! What about a pre made like Stella and chewies?

Its b'c their tummies haven't had time to adjust to the new food yet -- but still, kibble poos are HUGe compared to raw poos.

We don't get Stella and Chewy's locally. I have fed them Nature's Variety before, and they loved it. But I really don't wanna spend $60-$90 a month on dog food.
I won't ever do 100% raw because I can't trust myself to balance everything. But I can try to do raw for a meal at least every other day or something, and kibble or THK the rest of the meals. Eventually when I run out of THK, I will just feed Fromm's and raw. So much work to find the right food for them!

So Kristi, once they get more used to it, will the poops calm down a lil? I mean, they have never been strictly raw, so their poops have prolly always been a lil bigger then a 100% raw fed pup. But geez...

They will be bigger and stinkier than they are on THK and ziwi as kibbles are highly processed and potato is a filler
