Hi, I am sure this has been covered but I am still shocked so thought I'd share.
Apparently Harrods have been selling puppies for ages now! A friend of mine has informed me that most of the puppies being sold are from puppy farms. Even more shocking she said if you had the right money you could even buy a white tiger, lion etc. How true this is I just don't know but wouldn't surprise me. I am disgusted that they have a licence.

When i was young i lived near Harrods and would go and see all the animals ,monkey's,tigers, any thing you asked for you could get, they have always sold puppies and kittens, back then they would vet you to make sure the animals came from a reputable place as my uncle sold persian kittens to them, but now when you see who has owned Harrods, sure they don't care where they come from as long as it makes ££££££££££

I heard about this a few years back, its shocking but they obviously have idiots with more money than sense who'll buy them! Wasn't Harrod's where those two guys bought the tiger that they released back to Africa? Normal moggy cats people do still buy. In London, the average price is £40-£100. Ginger cats are usually at the higher end. Theres a pet shop near me that sell blue kittens (not pedigree or anything) for nearly £200 I believe If you're buying pedigree, then you can pay around £500. We're talking Persians, Abyssinians, Sphinx etc
