Paula she is NAUGHTY. She still will bite--we put a sock on her head to do her nails. She isn't well bred, I just really think she can't help herself, she gets really worked up. We also have been told by a trainer and a vet its likely she might have some mental difficulty? Like just not very trainable. IDK, its not that bad but she can be WICKED! Just one more reason to never buy a poorly bred dog as you don't know what it will be like as an adult, ya know? We aren't sure what we will do if she is still around and we have toddlers, because she can NOT be around children  I guess we'll cross that when we have to. Aww. That's sad if she has mental difficulty. Agree it would be worrying to have her around children. Oh dear. Bad breeding is just so awful. That's always a bit of a worry with rescues, but I got very lucky with Pip and Roo. They are both so loving and gentle. I could tell that pretty much right away when I met them. I can't even fathom them nipping/growling/or getting angry at me. I'm glad you have made some headway with Laurel, that's really good at least. |

She isnt that bad most of the time and thats what makes it hard...b'c she'll be fine, and then just decide to bite! She doesn't mean it though, she WANTS to be sweet, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Miles said that he thought the parents were brother/sister...they had the same birth date...  so... I'd guess that could be part of what the problem is, he also said the dad latched onto his pant leg and growled viciously and tugged and he didn't think anything of it...but,...now he's like, oh duh, don't buy a puppy with parents that seem aggressive! either way she will have a home here til she dies but we will have to work something out when we have kids because she just can't be around them. |

Awww that's sad when you put it that way, that she wants to be sweet. Ack on her parents possible being brother and sister. What is wrong with some people. |
