I would say though once you do start to add different meat in, make sure you have enough for at least a few days meals so his stomach can adjust.

I will pick up some thighs today and portion them up and give him one in the week. See how he does with more meat. His poo is still okay. A bit soft at times but most of the time its hard and of the yellow crumbly consistency but whole not too crumbly. He has no trouble pushing it out lol Will stick with the wings and thighs next week and see how he goes. If all is good i'll look at getting another meat for him the week after

Just a little update: Lou is doing gooooood! I don't know why more people don't feed raw! Apart from it grossing me out for the first few days (nothing major though) it doesn't really bother me anymore. But its going great! Hes now chomping wings like a pro in about 5mins. Has great small stools at just the right consistency. He is looking a bit leaner, but not too thin so as long as he doesn't loose much more then the 4oz seems to be suiting him well Im sure he looks different already but its probably just me as he cant really look different after only 4 days surely? Lol Will hopefully get the camera out this week and get another poo pic to compare and also some more pics of him enjoying his raw

Ah steph you must be so happy the change does happen quickly when I got lotus her fur felt really odd to me because it wasn't soft like daisy after about a week it was like silk! If his stools are still a little soft then do not change over!! Crumbly is also not good it's too much bone so add some meat in with it! The yellow is cause it's chicken red meat makes dark stools!! Do you have a halal shop near you?? Get from them a bag of chicken gizzards they are like 99p for like thousands they are tiny but quite fatty and grisley and they are really good for adding in a little extra meat now and then I give 3 for a meal!! And OMG Lucy no wonder your guys wanted to eat at mine they prob smelt the factthat mine get more meals hahahaha!! Daisy would puke if she only had one meal a day Oh steph invest in a cleaver

Finally got some thighs and portioned them up today with some chicken wings. It works out so he has a thigh with a bit of wing most days and the days he just has wings he has some chunks of thigh meat with it for a bit extra meat. Still feeding around 4oz. He was looking a littleslimmer but now I think he looks a bit pudgy so we shall see. The pack of wings and thighs has done 16 meals worth The meals seem to have worked out around 2.5oz thigh and a smaller portion of wing so I hope thats okay. Will see how he copes with more meat content
