Thats such good news! Hopefully she continues to get better. What did your vet say about the low white blood cell count?

Nothing about the white blood cell count, they are calling back tomorrow and I'll ask her then. She is doing better, but she is definitely not 100%, more like 50%. Still sick, but she is still a little awake more often then before, she will lick you, and she has no fever. But she is still laying down about 95% of the time, she gets up when she has to pee. And she still looks sick, runny nose and leaky boogery eyes. I transfered her from my bed to the couch while she was in her snuggle sack this morning, and she let out a couple cries and whines being moved. So she is still really sick, but not near death like she was a couple days ago. I just want this to be over, I want my Izzie back! Oh, and she hasn't pooped since at least Monday.

Aww poor sweetie. It's so hard seeing them like that, I know. I hope this is over for the both of you soon and she can get back to being her happy, healthy self. ((HUGS))

Yeah, Tracy, most of her symptoms fall under Parvo or Distemper. Great since we got her vaccinated against both. So much that did..

Sometimes vaccinations don't take. That's why you get a series of 3 several weeks apart. The vets are hoping that somewhere in that window of time, the dogs body will accept the vaccine and produce antibodies. They don't always produce them, even when given the shots. Poor baby. I hope she turns the corner today and starts feeling better. She sounds miserable.

I would probably think about getting someone else to look after Bella until you know what you're dealing with, the last thing you need is her to get sick too

There is no one else.. If she was going to get it, or has gotten it, I think it would have or has already happened. They haven't been really separated, stupid of me I know. I think I am just in denial that it could be something bad.. Bella has a little bit of a cold, or allergies. At first I thought they had the same thing, Izzie just had it worse. Now that may not be the case..
