Harry's confused... is he Chihuahua or snake?

So Phoebe loudly announces to all of us when she's brought home something tasty, and you-know-who always races over to see if he can have some. Yesterday, she brings in a slightly smaller mouse than usual (thankfully already dead) and Harry just steals it straight from her mouth and then races off with it. No please and thank you... just SWIPE!

Not wanting to have to clear up after an upset tummy, I think to myself that it's maybe not such a good idea to let him have it all. But as he sees me approaching, he knows I'm going to relieve him of it, so he immediately tries to swallow the mouse WHOLE... not even trying to chew it first! Now that scared me... I had visions of him choking (or worse) so I just about threw myself across the room and had to fish the mouse out from his throat (good job it had a decent tail to pull on!). Aaaaargh! What a greedy guts!

Phoebe was grateful for her lunch back though (outside this time!) and at least she takes her time and chews her food thoroughly before swallowing it... dogs are such pigs about food sometimes...

Haha! I wouldn't put it past Harry to try and catch seagulls! He really is gross sometimes, he wasn't even hungry, he just likes his raw to be 'prey model at blood temperature' in the literal sense of the word

Gross! Haha Miley does the same thing, usually to bully sticks though, not mice. She always finishes her first and then tries to steal everyone elses. If she sees me coming to take it she will swallow it rather than give it up, they are SO greedy.
