Thanks Sarah, I might have to try that. Did you see my post on my lamb trachea thread?
I was giving Izzie cottage cheese too, but she was having diarrhea and throwing up like crazy. Not sure if that was it, or the lamb trachea, but I haven't given either since and neither has happened again.. thank God!

Im not sure that its a very high quality food but i have heard tinned chappie is good for putting weight on dogs? Jakes always been skinny but i managed to put weight on him when he changed over to Acana and i gave him half a dentastick every other day because i know they are full of calories

Hmm not sure I would feed Chappie. Not sure of the ingredients but it does contain rice which isn't good for dogs. Meat in tins is just off putting for me anyway lol.
I wont be bothering with the cottage cheese but definitely sticking with eggs, tripe (I'll buy fresh if I can stomach it lol) and goats milk ;D

I've heard that too. On another forum i go on there was 1 member going on about how brilliant it is and how those of us that feed dry food are putting our dogs at risk!
