Tracy, he looks wonderful! So happy! We feed once a day, and in the AM they get warm water mixed with suppliments (bovine colostrum, joint stuff, ACV & fishoil) so they FEEL like they're getting something. We do this because Goo tries to swallow stuff whole and chokes. So bigger meals are necessary. Everyone here does fine, and I find it helps them chew more because the meals are their full amt of oz they are allowed, not halves. No issues with sugars at all doing it this way, either. They have gone 24hrs (as I have said before - not on purpose!) with no ill effects. I prefer my dogs to be a little too thin, than a little overweight. Betty is a stocky build, and a friend came over the other day and said "She's so skinny! I liked her better fat!". Ugh. LOL

Brody is built like my Darla, i sometimes think she seems too thin, but i do think it's normal for them. You cant see ribs so i wouldnt worry. He looks gorgeous as always. I dont feed raw so i feed 4 small meals a day with the odd treat. lol it keeps them all at their usual weights too. Had them all weighed recently for worming....Darla is 5lbs exactly, Dillon is 5.3 and Daisy is 4.7.
