During the winter we don't get many walks in. During the summer we'll do about 3 at a time a few times a week. Some days everyone goes & somedays only half go--usually the more energetic half! haha We're working on a new walking system though that will allow us (ok, ME since I'm about the only one who walk the dogs with the occasional help from Ivy) to walk everyone at once out back on our trails at the same time. Just think...sled dog style. LOL It actually works out great & bonus...I don't have to hold the leash! One of these days I'll have to get a video. It's quite a sight!

We're out normally twice per day, even if its a short walk round the streets near my house.
Lula likes to get out and i think the outside smells and sights are good for her as she gets something different and new to think about. She also runs in the garden most days and charges about like a lunatic. I'm lucky as there are quite a few parks near us so we often drive out and have a lovely long park walk.

I try to change it up to! They always have an extra pep in their step when we go a way they havent been before! Were you able to find a coupler that worked for you? Sarah sent me a link to a place on ebay that does really lightweight couplers (compared her one with mine and the difference is amazing) so when I get some money I'm going to buy one off of there. Right now I'm still juggling three leads but at least the colours look pretty when they plait hahaha

Every day! Maya the basenji needs a LOT of exercise, she has about 45mins+ in the morning (depending on how late i've got out of bed!!) and then afterwork she and Delilah have a couple of hours wandering around the farmland and having a good run. Obviously little Evie cant walk that far, but she gets carried most of it, then I put her down for 5 mins run a few times during the walk. I think they need a change of scenery - new sights, smells, dogs and people - to stop from getting bored (or nervous!).

Right now we do a walk a few times a week, and they get backyard access (on leash) too. They refuse to walk in rain/snow/super cold/super hot. So we do the best we can.
When we move (SOON!) we will have a river right behind us, with lots of tress and critters. We're also adding my beagle back into the home, so because he is walked 3x a day, they will likely go on atleast two of those (one just for the big guy to enjoy) weather permitting.

Alfie gets a 15-20 minute walk on weekdays, plus running round the garden/playing fetch in the house, and a longer walk or an off-leash run in the park at weekends.

the frequency of our walks vary. Sometimes we go daily, other times we only go a couple times a week. In the winter we rarely go. They LOVE their walks though...I think my neighbors must think I'm nuts cuz I constantly talk to them while we walk..lol. Oh and I always walk them together. I want to get a coupler and a retractable leash.
