I think Finn was just excited/nervous and got his belly rumbling. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a daily occurrence and then I would evaluate his diet/treats.

This is my feeling as well. I wouldn't be concerned unless it was happening all the time and then the likely cause would probably be his food/treats.

The nerves is kinda what i was thinking. He doesn't get treats yet although i did give him a sweet potato treat the day before. Probably nerves though. :/

Oh yes! When I first put Chaos on to Orijen, oh my goodness, it was unbearable! And as you said, it smells like diarrhea- absolutely rotten!

We had a greyhound and he used to come in to my bedroom and sleep at the end of my bed, fart (bedroom door was ajar, the room was tiny) and then walk out
