I think its just Oakley that does this, but I swear I have seen some other people mention their pups rub their heads on blankets or whatever after they eat boney meals? Oakley does it for like 5 minutes after she's finished a bone in meal...I can't figure it out lol. Any reason why they might do this?

Lila does that whenever she has a raw meal. She doesn't do it with the Ziwi. I haven't a clue why, but I think it's so funny.

Does she keep at it for ages? I think Oakley might have OCD! I timed it tonight...just under 5 min! She kicks for a good minute after a poop too LOL.

Mine Lick the towel like crazy after!! And roll in nasty stuff I think it's them getting their scent on it kinda like marking idk

Mine don't do it but thats because they eat in their crates? They just lick the crate tray afterwards lol.

All mine do it after they have been washed and roll in blankets, worms or best of all...........fox poo ...............like I don't want to smell of shampoo thanks .

That is odd. I read that they roll in poo as a wolf thing- like it would have disguised their scent to the prey they are hunting. Idk maybe it is like a marking thing.
