Ok I've read a lot about a raw diet. I get that it must be raw food but can anyone give me a brief idea of what it is and how it's prepared? Do you purchase raw food and prepare it fresh or do you have a stockist as such? It's totally alien to me as I've only ever used dry food with an occasional bit of chicken/meat thrown in. The breeder who I bought Kasper from recommend Royal Cain Mini Junior which I have been using. Kaspar seems ok with it, but admittedly he has been turning his nose up a bit at breakfast. Almost as if he's telling me "mum, what is this? Where's the meat?" I'm new to all of this so any advice is appreciated

Ok so I feed a prey model raw diet
80% meat 10% bone 10% organ (5% must be liver) it's a species appropriate diet.
You can do it yourself once you work the calculations out no preparation just hand them their food in big chunks so they eat it
Or you can get pre madea where it's all done for you and you just add in extra bones etc for teeth cleaning
Check out the sticky in the Rae forum Tracy wrote it explains all
