Wow they do guinea pig shows? Amazing! I love Squirrel and Acorn! How cute are they and such beautiful colouring

This is Boo one of my Swiss piggies. She has won well at shows and even had her picture in 'Cavies' magazine after winning at a show. I have to say I'm not familiar with most of the "new" breeds of guineas and there are so many types now! Boo is adorable, Peruvians are my fave, though sadly I don't have one now and no plans to adopt in near future. I do have an elderly Sheltie, little old lady now, my only long hair

our 2 are oreo, a peruvian x and chumley a abbasinian x i would only keep them in pairs too as they get lonely be fore my son was born i used to breed peruvians but they need so much care i didnt have enought time to devote to them they have been great for oisin esp the last few weeks when he had some drama in our lives he has his own page on face book if you want to like it a few ladies here already have its called Guinea Pigs Dublin

Its great fun showing guinea pigs. It is amazing what animals people show and how into it you can get. One good thing its a lot cheaper entry fees than the 'champ' dog shows lol.

in ireland you can show most small animals at agricultural shows
