Yes totally they are showing all the signs. We had an outbreak here last year so I avoided the parks for months!!
Bleach your entire house.... Boil bedding etc bleach kills parvo you even need to do your patio!!! If they are all showing signs It would tell me parvo!!!
An iv of fluids is normal treatment and it's down to the health of the dog if they get over it or not. Vaccinations don't cover all strains (bit like a flu jab here) get them all in the vets quick!!
Hope they all recover fast! How is Jake this morning

It's not necesarily parvo, ask vet to test stools and see what comes back. Dogs can pick virulent gastric infectons, which can be very serious, but they aren't parvo. Trigene is a very good disinfectant and I'd be using it regardless of what is causing issues, you used to be able to buy it from Pets At Home. I'd always use it instead of bleach around animals, but just my thoughts Ask your vet or vet nurse what they advise

I agree with Barbara that there are a number of other diseases that can cause these symptoms and I wouldn't automatically panic and assume Parvo. Two of the major signs of Parvo are vomiting and a seriously foul smell that emanates from the bloody liquid they excrete. I don't recall you mentioning either of those Natalie, but I'm sure the vet will cover it by testing for it, just in case.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you Natalie, that your vet finds the cause quickly and gets your gorgeous doggies well as soon as possible!

If it is parvo, or any other serious GI disease, symptomatic and supportive care is what will pull them through. It sounds like Jake is still in the hospital so he will be getting that care. Be sure and keep a very close eye on your other dogs. He probably picked it up when he went to the vet to be neutered which is always a risk we take anytime we step into the vets office.

Thanks guys. Apparently parvo would have shown up in the blood test they did (this is what the receptionist said) so i think that means its not that. I've come home to find heidi & daisy all hyper and they've eaten too so don't really know what they were playing at but they do both still have the runs. Vet should ring soon to update on Jake and i'll finally get to speak to them myself to find out more, fingers crossed i can get Jake back tommorow they said this morning he had improved but still not quite there
