Poor fat Daisy! It is crazy how fast weight can sneak up on them and a little is a lot on a chi! And yes, I agree maintenance is super hard...u give a treat and you have thrown it all off! Laurel says she feels Daisy's pain...twenty-fold lmbo. I don't have any great advice because I have 2 I need to get weight off of right now too, not much but it feels like a ton as they already get so little food its hard to figure out what to cut back  |

Lisa yes as meal replacement but not the entire neck!! Add some organs too raw to go is short if liver so you must add some in

Know it I feel bad and SHe throws up when she's hungry which makes me feel so so bad!
She's chewing ostrich at the mo and she is so in love it's cute she's like dis is mine is nommy as soon as anyone walks past her she starts growling which she never does! She's looking slimmer already tho it is so hard coz she has this huge coat

Ohhh Daisy--Mari is in the same boat! I hadn't weighed them for a bit & went to weigh her on our kitchen scale (which I can weight the smaller 4 on) but she maxed it out!  So she must be 5.5lbs & her correct weight is 4lbs 10-12oz. Oops! Maxie has gotten a hair chunky too but not so much so since I can tell when he's putting on the oz easily so I can cut back for a few days. I think you're right...the LC's make it hard to tell!! I'm just cutting back one spot on the scale with food so instead of her getting 1 5/8 oz of food twice a day it's 1 1/2 twice a day. I'll see how that goes before lowering it any more. But it's hard because I also am doing premades too so is it the same oz as regular raw? ACK...so hard to tell. LOL |

Same here Lily is getting fatter,i'm cuttig down on the food and treats and must walk her more before winter(to the pub ),well it is through fields ,that's my excuse anyway

I'm doing pre made I also think there is a higher fat content in it where as I use lean cuts myself so it could be that too! She's getting 1oz per meal I can't give less because that's just cruel lol Its like a mouth full poor dog! *sigh* hope she loses it soon |
