Ooh I likey! Only thing is - my dogs are registered under my proper name, which is Rosamund, rather than Rosie - how does one change that?
I'll add Alfie on there too, that's fun!!

I know Louie's KC name, but as far as i'm aware he has no kennel name I did ring the KC for a copy of his pedigree but for some reason I never got it and I haven't gotten round to ringing again. His previous owners had 'lost' his papers I'd love to see where he come from/who he is related to but sadly I don't think thats going to happen

Rosie is your name rosamund? Where is that from???
Steph you have to pay for the pedigree if the previous owners lost his papers they can pay £5 for another copy, you would then have to do a change of ownership and pay for that & can then pay for the pedigree. I lost lotus' papers and had to repay for them. They should be able to do that. I would want them to as would be concerned he was reg in someone else's name

Yep, my actual name is Rosamund, but hardly anyone uses it except on official documents- I've always been Rosie. Rosamund is a very old name, I think introduced into England by the Normans? Dates back to about the 11th or 12th century I think. Literally translated it means 'Rose of the world' - made famous by Henry II 's mistress Rosamund Clifford, better known as 'Fair Rosamund' for her legendary beauty.
Needless to say, I don't quite live up to it lol.
