Has anyone ever used these and how many did you give?
The feeding guide is totally off and says 15 nuggets for a small dog. So I emailed the company and they sent me a 'revised' feeding guide which stated 210g for a 3kg dog?!!
Now that seems very excessive!
Raw calculator for his weight says 90g/3oz, which roughly equates to just under 6 nuggets per day. (Each nugget is approz 16.6g) and a 1kg bag contains approx 60 nuggets.
Does 6 nuggets sound like enough/too much for a 7lb dog? Well 7lbish, maybe a bit over.
Oh and it would be the Banquet nuggets I would use

Yeah I figured 3 per meal sounds about right.
Trial and error I suppose. 6 nuggets is 99.6g so just over the 90g raw calc but I can always cut him down to 2 1/2 or whatever if he gets chunky. He'll be getting chicken wings/necks 2 or 3 times a week anyway

Well....(here comes the geek part ha ha)
A bag is £3.09 in p@h (I know its cheaper in jollyes but can't remember off-hand! D'oh!)
So a bag using 6 nuggets a day will last 13 days, using 5 nuggets 18 days (including 3 bone meals a week)
So...... using 6 nuggets 2 bags will do just under a month, 26 days at £6.18 Using 5 nuggets just over a month 36 days for the same price as above
Compared to if he has 1/8 of a Naturediet twice a day with 3 bone meals a week, 1 tray will last 5 days so 6 trays a month will be £5.70
Wainwrights similar to ND worked out at £5.28 per month
Do you think 1/8 of a tray per meal sounds about right? On ND/WW only days he'd get 1/4 of tray a day. On bone days he'd get 1/8 tray AM and chicken wing/neck PM. Although I guess its just trial and error again really
The natural instinct worked out to be £11.40 per month, but I can't store enough of it to make it worthwhile ordering as postage is expensive.

The ND's are 65% meat Chicken 65%, Rice 10%, Vegetables 7%, Natural Ground Bone, Seaweed Meal.
WW is min 65% meat and min 5% liver Duck (min.65%), Duck Liver (min. 5%), Brown Rice (min. 5%), Minerals, Seaweed, Chicory Root.
And the Banquet nuggets are 74% meat and 3% heart & liver Chicken Min 32%, Tripe 28%, Lamb 14%, Carrots 10%, Peas 10%, Heart 3%, Liver 3%
Yeah I think they are the best ones to go for. Going to buy a bag this week and see how he does on them. They aren't that much more expensive than the wet and much cheaper than Natural Instinct
