I notice you all feed supplements. I feed all my dogs Yumega with their food. Nora (new puppy) also had a teeny bit on one meal aday would it make difference for my chis and beagles if I switched it? Which would be the best for me? Thanks!

I use human grade fish oil because it's cheaper and less apt to spoil, I buy the capsules at a super grocery here and poke a hole in them and either squirt it on their food or directly in their mouth. I don't know what kind of packaging yumega comes in but I know people over in the UK use it and like it. I try to caution people against plastic packaging because it can leech into the fish oil and is most likely to allow it to also spoil. Some fish oil comes in metal bottles that is made for pets, and I suspect that is slightly better but still is not ideal for freshness and it should be frozen or chilled? So I just use the people capsules and I keep them in the fridge. Seems easier than trying to decipher which pet company's done it best when most don't really care about much other than their bottom line.
