I have a serious coat addiction - I have puppia, pinkaholic and puppy angel coats as well and non branded ones from ebay that came last week. BUT I spotted the best performance coats in pets at home and had to get a couple. They are made with totally waterproof material, have fleece lining, are very warm, fur round the collar and have a couple of elastics to hold it to the dog. I love them. They aren't as pretty looking as the others but they kick their butt in terms of performance and warmth. Plus Pix hates coats with hoods I have found and puts the brakes on if she has one on - I am thinking this could be a winner for us. www.petsathome.com/shop/small-red-nano-parka-69153Love this coat!

That does look like a nice coat. Feodore always needs coats in winter, as he is missing some of his fur.

We wait until the spring then go into Pets at Home to see what coats they have in. You can usually get good coats from about £5. This year we got tartan coats for the whippet £3 each.

Yep we went out today and it was perfect - no brakes on she walked beautifully as the coat didn't pull over her hear at all.

I like coats that cover their chests/bellies. That is one complaint I have w/ coats like this, it looks like it is only held on w/ a strap? That part of their body is the 1st to get exposure to snow and cold wet ground.
