hi all ;D
i have a problem with jill at the moment, she is 6 months now and when i got her at about 11 weeks of age the toilet training has been excellent hardly any accidents ! .... untill about a month ago ... everything on that front has gone wrong ! she is pooping and peeing in the house all the time for about a month now ! ....
im finding it really fruststrating we live in a nice house and my partner has OCD so everything is kept immaculate ! he is finding it realy hard to deal with especially having OCD so finding poo or pee is like a nightmare to him ....
iv tried everything we have 5 acres of land i walk her around lots of times everyday and watch her go ... she is used to a grate but thats only used as just a realx zone ... i dont want to shut her away but is this my only option for a while ? ... they are no places she goes she just goes wherever she wants ...
any tips guys ... all my other dogs have been excellent on there house keeping lol

Ha...I have a similar problem! When it rains or is exceptionally cold Lulu will pee at the entrance to the doggy door. And she is SNEAKY! I've never caught her but I know it's her. When I'm watching her to get her out she'll stop at the doggy door, turn around & look at me & then go out. I assume when I'm not there in those instances she'll look back, not see me & squat! My house isn't "immaculate" but I keep it picked up & clean! Certainly pee/poo is a HUGE thing for me because I'm OCD about particular things and that is obviously one of them. LOL I was telling my hubby last night I need a camera by the doggy door & have it set up to send to my laptop so I can watch. That way, when I see her squatting I can say set a blow horn or something LOL by the door & blow it while following with an "OUTSIDE PEE PEE". I'm thinking after one time of that she'd get the hint. I am sure catching & correcting is the way to curb the behavior. Catching them is hard. I do crate Lulu sometimes & only let her run around after I'm sure she's peed outside & she'll do great for a while when it's decent outside. But another rain storm & she starts again. It's been kind of a "one step forward, two steps back" kind of thing with Lulu. LOL Good luck to you! Wish I had better advice. Btw, I definitely wouldnt' hesitate crating her for a bit until she gets the hint. It's short term...she'll cope just fine as long as she has plenty of outside time as well.

I'd crate short term as well, it sounds like the best option!

I'd crate her too and take her out and wait til she goes she only has freedom after she's been. Watch her too I can tell when larni needs to go coz she paces frantically and her bum changes colour lol she went through the same stage they seem to regress. I don't count themas fully house broken until a year. Larni is 8 months and cries to go out now finally
