Mine chewed on the antler for about 2.2 seconds, and then never looked at it again. I have heard, though, sticking it in a bag of kibble or something that smells yummy gets them going on it. IDK, never tried it. I haven't used anything from that section, but I have used The Aunt Jenni's brand (we got duck feet) and would buy again. I would love to let them try that Ostrich Medley!

We have an antler that Sarah gave us, I think it was sent over by Kristi? Anyway, my three will "argue" over who has it CONSTANTLY. They love that thing. I desperately want to get some more

Mine are the same way with the Ziwipeak antlers. They fight over them. Hubby sawed a few in pieces so we had plenty. I would like to get more, perhaps these. I did take Kristi's advice and I put them in a bag of ZP overnight so that they would be enticed by the smell. That said, mine get no other chewies except Nylabones. I was too worried about Hope's tummy to try anything else.

Thanks for the replies. I may give them a try. I'm looking for new things for them to chew on for their teeth, but it's tough when you have a little guy with a sensitive tummy. :/
Karen what kind of nylabones do you get? The edible ones, the hard ones or the softer rubbery ones? I'm not sure mine would go for them really. I tried the edible ones once, but they bothered Pip's tummy. The other ones I think they would likely ignore. Well, Pip might use them a bit, but I think they'd be ignored by Roo.

NOT the edible ones for the tummy reasons you mention. They have some hard ones (ignore them), their favorites are the flexichew but I have to watch and trim those and they have some of the dental chews (have to watch and trim them as well).

Thanks Karen. The edible ones really did a number on both Pip and Roo's stomach when I first got them. Ugh. The hard ones I know they won't touch, but Pip might use the flexi one. I like the dental chews, but if I use them too often they make their anal glands act up. :/ I swear chi's are sooo sensitive. I've had dogs all my life and never seen dogs so sensitive. My others could all eat rocks and be fine. lol.
