i am the same way! i clean til things shine, and if i see hand prints on my stainless steel appliances, i go crazy spraying and wiping and polishing.. it's truly insanity. but oh well! at least nobody can ever say i don't keep a clean home.

that's a funny story about the restaurant your daughter manages.. we need someone like you around my neck of the woods, i wont even sit on most toilet seats.. not even with a toilet seat cover... XD
