Brody sleeps in a huge doberman sized crate. It is like an ex-pen. He has his bed on one side and a washable pee pad on the rest of the floor (which he never uses). The door is always open and he often goes in there for a nap.
Last night I told him it was time for bed. He always jumps up, and RUNS to his crate and jumps in his bed and waits to be covered up. That's the routine. Not last night.....
He ran to his bed, as usual, and then suddenly sat up and looked at me. I asked him what he wanted. He barked. So I opened the door and he took off like a rocket to the living room, grabbed his ball, and then ran back to bed.
Guess he wanted to sleep with his ball last night.
