Maybe it's because of the central heating or something hers seems to have gone after I moisturised it she looks a mess though

It might be due to that, yep. I keep the house pretty warm in the Winter. I slacked off this year on using the humidifiers too. Roo's inn't bad at all, just a wee tiny bit, bugs me now that I've noticed it though. I may try the bag balm Heather suggested.
