Titan seems like he has a cold. His eyes are more waterier than normal and his nose seems to like it is wetter than normal. Can dogs get colds and if so, what is the best thing to do? I know take him to the vet, but anything holistically?

Yes, they can. However, if he seems to feel OK and has no fever, you can probably safely hold off on the vet on this one. If it lasts more than 3-4 days, a trip to the vet may be in order, but for the most part it doesn't sound like too much to worry about.
