Betsy was doing very well on raw ,but the last few days she's scavenging more and more, she's up to 4oz a day,but her poops were fine but now they are either very sloppy or almost powder,I know if I up her amount again her poops may get even runnier ,it's like if she has the smallest amount of bone her poops are chalky ,no bone then very runny,I'm just feeding her free range chicken at the moment as I felt it was best to start afresh with raw,any suggestions?,karen

What about feeding a wing tip with no-bone meals? And meat chunks with a bone meal to kinda balance it out?

Thanks for your reply,I was talking to my daughter who watched betsy for a few days last month,my daughter mentioned the salmon oil that betsy gets is perhaps making her loose as my daughter forgot to give it her the odd day and said her poops were fine on those days,I've started her on natures menu and am giving her a very small amount of organic cocanut oil and her poops are perfect,I will start introducing real raw ! In a couple of weeks ,natures menu is premade raw so at least it's not kibble which is what I thought I would have to start feeding, karen
