Hey everyone, in about a month I'm getting a new chihuahua puppy! She's just about two weeks old now, she's pure white and the runt of the litter! She's absolutely tiny! But I have a problem. I'm leaving to go on a family vacation to Chicago 2 days after I get her! I know the owner but she isn't technically the owner, she's a foster mom of a chihuahua and her 6 puppies! The poor momma lol. But she's fostering through our local humane society and the puppies either go there or to their new homes, and since I'm getting one I have to get her on the 16th. But I also know who might possibly be adopting the mother so I'm not sure what to do with Neva (my puppy's name- means snow in Spanish cus she's born in winter and white lol ) I could bring her to Chicago, I could ask the moms owner to see if Neva could stay there, I could leave her at the foster moms home until I come back or finally I could bring her to my house and stay with the house sitter who also lives with us. But I don't want Neva to have to go through 2 transitions within a week and I also don't want Neva to bond to much with the house sitter and forget about me! And I'm not sure if the foster mom will for sure be able to keep Neva there! Amy I site is greatly appreciated!

Any Insight lol I'm just worried that bringing her to Chicago will be a bit overwhelming or could be a great socializing trip!
