Iv been lucky enough to have shared the last 6 years with a lovely little black with white deer head chihuahua I dubbed Ricky Recardo. He's my BFF, my pic, my baby. He's also been healthy as a horse his entire life. Never having colds or getting injured (knock on wood). Now that he's getting up in age iv been progressively more and more concerned with his health. Today I found a spot on his nose that has me slightly concerned. It's white and just on the inside rim of his nostril, it doesn't feel raised or different just color has changed. He's a uber spoiled dog, never really outside for long, always indoors with his people pack, and fed a diet if quality dry food and chicken meat mixed with veggies. Other than the nose he is great. Iv got a photo but seeing as how this is my first post I'll have to figure out how to upload it.

Did you ever find out why it changed color? I'm wondering if it could just be a sign of aging. I tried researching into it, but I couldn't find much that'd help you.
