My 11 year old chihuahua has started stumbling and falling over several times a day. This started a few months ago. She recovers within 5 seconds of falling . All labs are normal but an EKG showed a heart arrhythmia. She was put on vetmedin, benazepril and lasix. After 3 weeks she is still having episodes several times a day. I'm wondering if this might not be a symptom of her arrhythmia but something else? Has anyone else experienced this with their dog? She is and has been raw fed for years and no change in diet.
