I thought it might be nice so anyone considering feeding raw can see his progress from day 1 Will have to try and get a pic of his teeth though whether or not the tartar will show up for a pic i dunno as he only got a teeny bit Pics of him eating his 1st meal will go down well though

Our first day of raw feeding has gone really well He was excited about his breakfast which was 1/2 a chicken wing. And carried it about before settling in his bed to eat it (completely ignoring the newspaper I put down ha) He sat licking it for about 10 mins but then started crunching it all up Mum said his poo was a bit soft and yellowy/greeny in places but not sloppy so thats good. Hoping he will do another one tonight so I can see it for myself. Oh and speaking of poo, I took a picture of his 'kibble poo' this morning so I can compare it to his raw poos in a week or so's time. He was excited for his tea and took straight to his bed with it (lined with a towel!) and started chomping on it straight away. Was gone in about 10 mins and he licked the towel clean He loves it and clearly enjoys eating it Its making me feel a bit icky but I force myself to watch/carry on as normal to get myself used to it. Its not too bad though, I managed to eat my breakfast in front of it this morning lol Will update the blog shortly and have some pics and a vid to show

Lol! I find it fascinating! I really love watching dogs eat raw!
Remember to also sometimes take it away from him halfway through eating and then you can give it back to him. He doesnt sound like the sort of dog to get vicious but they can become possessive over raw and I personally like to let them know im still in charge lol.
He might not do another poo today but so glad to hear everythings going well. Sounds like he's taking to it fantastically!
