Puppy Prices

I can't believe the price of pups at the moment!! I'm talking about in the classifieds seriously there are random chi crosses for £500 wtf do people pay this for a cross breed??

There seems to be few and far between KC reg pups now but the average price for boys seems to be between £850 and £1200 and girls seem to be between £1200 and £1500 some I've seen going for over £2k I'm in such shock!!

Half the pups don't look anything special some I'd even wonder if they were what they are saying there are so many not registered dogs and what bugs me more is the an extra £300 for papers eh what it costs £12 to register a puppy LOL and if ones registered the whole litter has to be (I think)

Idk what the good breeders are charging ATM I'm not going to ask because it would fuel my puppy fever lol

Its shocking, people rehoming their dogs, sometimes like 5 yrs old are selling them for hundreds and hundreds of pounds, just pet quality. I can't believe what stupid prices people will actually pay for them half of them don't even look like chihuahuas.

I know...i find it astonishing!
One of my hotel clients paid £2500! He is a lovely chihuahua but not a show dog, just a much loved pet!

Four years ago they seemed to be sky rocketing prices but lately they seem to have come down in price a bit.

What i find sad is a lot of people have 'designer dogs' cocker-poos, chugs,yorkie-poos etc..They are basically cross breeds with designer names! But the 'designer name' means they pay £700 + for their crossbreed!!!!!!

There's a puppy farmer who charges in excess of £2k not registered dogs look a mess. I don't know anyone who would pay £2k for a dog I'd only do that if I was importing.

Meh I think there not bad to be fair but I don't look on those horrid sites! I wouldn't pay more on a bitch that what I did for panda (1200) and wouldn't pay more on a boy that what I did for pez (850)
I don't see how people charge so much for ex brood\show or even a unwanted pet! Suzanne selling poor angel for £1500 with endorsements but still unspayed is soooo wrong, she's nothing more than a money grabber! God knows who has her now and I bet she will be breed from she's only just bigger than lolly
