I'm freakin out. They are doing a parvo test. I guess DH said she's had diarrhea too. I forgot that a week ago they found some poop at the park and were trying to eat it. But they said it usually doesn't show up that quick. They think it's an infection of some sort. She had a fever of 104.3. and they said she I definitely dehydrated.

I know its hard but just try to stay calm, both girls can pick up on it and you don't want to stress them out too. What else have they said? Did they keep her in? When do you get the results back? I really hope its not parvo How scary

It's not parvo, but they wanna do $250-$300 worth of tests to find out what's wrong, not including treatment. I want to fix her but we dont have that kind of money, I don't know what to do..

Does the vet have any idea what it is?

IDK what to tell you ... chances are the tests may not find anything. If she just has a bug of some sort, and its not parvo ... the tests wont find that. It could be distemper or kennel cough especially since you've mentioned her wheezing more or rev. sneezing more. What are you gonna do?

I wondered about kennel cough! That cN be like a severe cold it is contagious though so I would consider getting Bella vaccinated for it

How awful, I'm so sorry. Can you possibly charge it? Or maybe your vet will let you make payments?

Tell them that right now you just want supportive care. IV fluids, anti nausea medication, something for diarrhea if her stools are loose. I will tell you that the MOST important thing is FLUIDS. Dehydration is very dangerous and can be lethal. You must keep her hydrated.
Are you squeamish? Have them show you how to give her subcutaneous fluids under the skin. You can do it at home and it will help.
