WHY...? That's what I keep asking myself. Just as I (yet again!) think he's totally there and 100% housetrained, I find a few drips trickling down the side of my handbag on the floor! 
As if that wasn't bad enough, I pop in to the kitchen while he's running around outside, and come back in to the living room and find a #2 on the carpet just INSIDE the doggy door!
Then he starts running around indoors with a small rock he's found outside and refuses to drop it, or come when called; and he's normally so obedient these days.
I knew he still had his occasional 'marking days', which I put down to adolescence and sharing territory with a male cat who also marks very occasionally. But I thought he was 100% trained when it came to #2s!
Any ideas why they suddenly have a 'naughty day'? The only clue I can find is in one Cesar Millan's books, where he says they can still show adolescent behaviour up to 2 or 3! (Aaargh!) Is it just that, or is he just going to be one of those dogs you hear about, who are never 100% trained?
