I wrote out a really long thread, I swear I posted it and its just disappeared. Maybe I just accidentally closed the tab. Bah! Anyway, so basically Kiki used to hump her toys before I got Gambit. I managed to get her out of it by clapping when I saw her and after a while she just stopped. She did it a couple of times to Gambit when he came home but stopped after a while. Its NOTHING compared to how she is now I don't think she did it to Chaos when he came home but she's done it a couple of times. Lately though, she's humping Chaos, more specifically his head, A LOT. Its to the point where for the majority of the day, thats what she is doing. She'll jump in to the bed and pin him down. If he's not in the bed, she'll chase him until he chases her in to the bed lol. I laugh but its got bad. Chaos, bless him, doesn't mind. He's quite laid back and will even let Gambit dominate him and Gambit is a total wuss lol. I've tried clapping, distracting her, saying 'no' but nothing stops her. Its become almost... compulsive? I've tried taking the bed away but they won't sleep on the floor so they just walk around all sleepy and give me the puppy eyes, so I put my son's old baby duvet on the floor and Kiki just does it to Chaos on there so I'm guessing its not really a bed problem! Also, she only really does it to his head. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Kiki is trying to dominate Chaos. She wants to be higher in the pecking order of your pack. Is she alpha above Gambit? I would just reinforce her status. When you are telling her no, that just makes her want to do it more. She's trying to make a point mom. ha ha. Just reinforce her status above Chaos and feed her first, pet her first, let her on your lap first, talk to her first. Ignore Chaos for awhile. I think if you do this, a little dog psychology, I think she will stop showing her dominance over Chaos.
I know that's hard because we want to treat them all the same!! But in a pack, there is a heirarchy that is followed and it sounds like she is spending a lot of her time trying to "prove" that she is above Chaos in the pack order.

Tracy is so smart! I'd get sick of it too lol, can't say I blame you. Poor Chaos is gonna lose the furs on his head and be bald like a monk if she keeps it up!

Tracy is like a doggy psychologist
I agree though we have a similar thing since lotus has matured she and daisy are having a humping contest I'm waiting for a fight to start but I don't think they will!! I'm just still doing what I was doing and letting them get on with it I shove them off each other tho because it's the licking of the Vajays after that kills me!!

Lol thank you, Tracy! Yes she is alpha above Gambit. Only problem is, Chaos gets no special treatment! Kiki does get fed first anyway. I'm trying to think if there's anything special that I do that I could change but theres nothing. I'll talk to her first etc, as far as getting on my lap, she's more bothered about running around lol but thank you, I really appreciate the advice and hopefully it works ;D
