I am worried about wee Dillon tonight.
About a minute after Jamie left for work, the pups went into the livingroom and i was putting rubbish in the bin and i heard a bit of a scrap and before i could run through on time Dillon was crying a little and limping.
I think he fell off the sofa or was pushed by Darla by accident.
I know it wasnt Daisy as she never has a scrap with any of them.
Anyway rather than panic and make him stress about it i acted all goofy and playful and took him through to the kitchen for a bit of chicken.
Then watched him walk about which seems totally fine.
I also felt about all over his body and legs and he didnt seem bothered.
I am still a bag of nerves in case there is other damage i cant see, but he is fine now and asleep with the other 2 on my lap.
I just hate being here on my own all night thinking bad thoughts and letting my imagination run wild.
I sent Jamie a text to tell him what happened and to say if I notice any change he has to come home and take us to the vet.
Dillon is a little more dramatic about things than the girls, even my old vet said that, but that doesnt stop me worrying of course.
That is why now instead of me getting upset and panicing i dont show any emotion and he seems to calm down a lot quicker.
It is soooo hard to do that when your heart is in your mouth though and you want to cry.
Anyway just wanted to share and ask if you would do the same as me when you didnt actually get to see what happened as it happened so quick?
Am watching him sleep and waking him a lot to make sure he is ok.
Am sure you have been through something like this and i have before too.
It freaks me out!!!
I am so careful with them and trust nobody else with them, but then something like this happens and i feel like shit and such a bad mum for not bein there on time!!
