OMG!!! Such cute pictures of butterfly nose babies!!! I just noticed something...Addy has a butterfly nose too!! I guess its not as noticable on her as it is on Lacey. I really wish Lacey had a solid black nose but its ok. I know it cant be because of the cold...since it get up over 100 here already.....and she eats out of a glass dish. I just deal with the butterfly nose

Thanks Rache! I think it makes him look old and really scruffy lol bless him, but since I've got out most of those loose hairs, he is looking a lot nicer. Still a scruff bag though ;D

It's very strange because I just noticed that Roxy's black nose turned little pink (butterfly nose) only at the beginning of the summer, when we actually got more sun, so for her it is the opposite - black in the winter and butterfly in the summer. How come? Peppi's pigment is solid black, I love her eyeliner and Lourdes is the self colored chi. And they all get their seaweed regularly.

Seaweed (kelp) is for: Shinier, softer coats, darker pigmentation Improves temperament (didn't know that) Strengthens immunity and vitality Improves absorption of nutrients from other food Corrects nutrient imbalance Corrects micronutrient and mineral deficiencies
Also there is a supplement called Plaque Off it helps to reduce plaque and tartar and improves oral health, bad breath, and it is also based on seaweed (special kind).
So seaweed is good for teeth as well.

Im so happy to see a new pic of Lacey! Shes as cute as ever! Reese used to have a solid chocolate nose too and his lightened into the butterfly nose when he was about a year and a halfish. I wonder why? It doesnt vary with season, temp etc now so I wonder what causes it to lighten in the first place? I think theyre cute though!
